These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of LTW Trade SA services, including website content, product inquiries, consultations, offers, and purchase transactions. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our catalog may include new and pre-owned watches. Product details, condition notes, accessories, and availability are provided in good faith but can change before order confirmation. Unique pieces are subject to prior sale.

Prices are shown in the stated currency and may be updated without notice. Shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes are presented at checkout or in your written offer. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes outside Switzerland are the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.

A checkout request, inquiry, or reservation request does not constitute final acceptance by LTW Trade SA. A binding sale is formed only after our explicit confirmation and successful payment or other agreed payment arrangement.

Payment can be processed through approved providers (including Stripe) and other methods agreed in writing. We may perform identity, anti-fraud, sanctions, and compliance checks and may decline or cancel transactions where required for legal or risk reasons.

We use insured shipping partners and share estimated delivery timelines in good faith. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, risk transfers upon confirmed delivery to the provided address or collection by the buyer/authorized recipient.

Upon delivery or collection, the buyer should inspect the product without delay and notify us promptly of transport damage or material discrepancies, including supporting evidence (photos, packaging, and delivery documentation).

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, sales of pre-owned watches are final after delivery/collection. Any approved return must follow written instructions and timing provided by LTW Trade SA. Custom-sourced or special-order items may be non-cancellable once confirmed.

LTW Trade SA performs authenticity checks before sale. Any warranty terms are limited to what is expressly stated in the listing, invoice, or written offer. Manufacturer warranties, where available, remain subject to manufacturer terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTW Trade SA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or opportunity. Our aggregate liability related to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product/service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and comply with applicable export/import, sanctions, and anti-money laundering rules. We may suspend service where misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

Website content, branding, text, and media are owned by or licensed to LTW Trade SA and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy.

LTW Trade SA is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, cyber incidents, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, courts in Lugano, Switzerland have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
