Promise of authenticity

We guarantee 100% authenticity of all new and second-hand watches sold in our online and physical shop. In case of doubt about the authenticity of a product, we offer additional expertise and possibly a full refund of the price paid.

Taxes and customs duties

For purchases made from countries outside Switzerland, the buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes required by the authorities of their country.

Return policy

Watches purchased in the physical shop cannot be returned unless they have defects covered by warranty. Watches purchased online may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds may be denied if the watch shows signs of use or damage due to carelessness or improper storage.

Shipping costs for returning products to the shop are the full responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that the return be made by the insured parcel. The purchaser will be held responsible for any loss of the shipment.

Warranty Policy

On new watches, we provide a warranty that comes directly from the manufacturer. The warranty is valid since the date of purchase, and it entirely covers factory defects. On used watches, we provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, valid for mechanical defects not resulting from wear and tear or improper use.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage caused by improper use such as cuts, scratches, breakage, corrosion by liquids, etc.

Delivery and shipping

We ship worldwide via international couriers such as  FedEx, DHL, and SwissPost.

Our shipments are insured against theft and transport damage In case of non-delivery due to loss we will reship or refund in full. Any shipping costs are communicated to the customer before purchase.
